New Energy Coalition is the coordinator of the programme, which has been supported by more than 65 national and international parties from California to Japan and New Zealand. The HEAVENN programme is unique in that it covers and connects the entire hydrogen chain within a geographical region. HEAVENN consists of 31 public and private parties from 6 European countries.
