We make sure that the H2 produced and consumed is certified Green compliant and therefore to be regarded as renewable and low-carbon. Using the Guarantees of Origin (GO) approach, we will monitor the consumption of green H2 by end-users. GOs will be issued to end-users and information will be collected regarding its origin and related attributes, such as greenhouse gas intensity and the location of production. We will consider both the origin of the H2 and its greenhouse gas intensity in reference to a benchmark, i.e. 60% below the greenhouse gas intensity of H2 from natural gas.
